• Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours after placement and successful payment, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.
• If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already entered the shipping stage, the order can no longer be cancelled directly.
• For orders that have already been shipped, you may contact us after delivery to request a return and refund.

2. Order Cancellation Process

• Please contact our customer support team by email or telephone to submit a cancellation request. You will need to provide your order number, proof of payment, and relevant order information.
• Our customer support team will review and process your request promptly. Once approved, you will be informed of the result and the corresponding refund arrangement.

3. Refund Procedure

4. Important Notes

Once an order has entered shipment or delivery handling, cancellation is no longer available. We recommend reviewing all order details carefully after placing an order to ensure that any necessary changes can be made within the allowed cancellation period.
